Return & Refund Policy

At ADSYUW, we want you to love every item you receive. We strive toprovide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you aren't100% satisfied, we are here to help make it right.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you change your mind about a purchase, you have 30 days from the originaldate of purchase to request a return or exchange. To start a return, please emailour support team at service@panetsport.com. Please include your OrderNumber and the specific item(s) you would like to return.

2. Non-Refundable Items

While we try to be as flexible as possible, certain items are exempt from thispolicy. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on:

Personalized Items: Any product that has been customized, engraved, ormade-to-order cannot be refunded unless it arrived defective.
Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Sample Kits: Individual samples or tester kits.
Promotional Items: Free gifts, bonus items, or Gift Cards.

ADSYUW reserves the right to deny return requests that do notcomply with these guidelines or appear to be fraudulent

3. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your package, pleasenotify us within 7 days of delivery. We will immediately arrange for areplacement to be sent to you at no extra cost. To speed up the process, pleaseattach a photo of the damaged product and the shipping packaging in youremail. This helps our team improve our shipping methods for the future.

4. Refused Shipments & Return-to-Sender

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval orrejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to youroriginal method of payment. Please allow 2-10 business days for your bank orcredit card issuer to post the funds to your account.
