1. Processing Time

Our team works hard to get orders out the door quickly. Please allow 1 to 2business days for us to process, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier.Personalised items may require 10 to 15 business days in addition.

Note: Processing times do not include weekends or major holidays. You willreceive an automated email notification with your tracking details as soon asthe label is created

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Your specific shipping cost and estimated arrival date will be calculated anddisplayed at checkout based on your location.

Typical Delivery Time: 10-15 Business Days.
Note: Delivery timelines begin once the package has been shipped, not fromthe day the order is placed. While we strive for punctuality, we cannot be heldresponsible for carrier delays caused by weather, high volume, or unforeseencircumstances.

3. International Shipping & Customs

ADSYUW ships globally. If you are ordering from outside the UnitedStates, please be aware of the following:

Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import taxes,customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are notincluded in our checkout price.
Responsibility: The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible forall such fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict whatthey may be.

4.Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, we will email you a trackingnumber. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress via the
carrier's website.

Tip: It can sometimes take 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to updatethe location of your package after you receive the shipping email.

5.Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided atcheckout is complete and accurate. ADSYUW is not responsible forpackages delivered to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer.
